Logo Spotlight: Wakeside Marine Services

We are so excited to announce another beautiful logo created for another amazing small business! For this logo we extended our reach into the state of Wisconsin to a small lakeside business offering marine services to local residents. Wakeside reached out to us through an amazing client referral from, guess what, another state, North Carolina! Referrals rock don’t they? When we heard what they wanted (a design with water imagery) we jumped, because logos can be especially boring, trust me, but when you get to incorporate imagery of nature it just takes it up a notch!

We started with a lot of ideas, outside and inside the box to give them a diverse pool of graphics to choose from:

From this VERY EXTENSIVE set we narrowed our selection down to #9, #7, #5, and #13 with edits that included removing grass, adding boats, changing boat styles etc… Which led us to a more refined version below:

After another round of tweaks we settled on a final logo for Wakeside LLC. We love their choice as it felt representative of their professionalism and location. We were so happy to accommodate and we are thrilled to see this beautiful logo on apparel and lakeside marketing items.
