Hampstead Marketing and Design is a small business built to support other small businesses, with a deep belief that strong local brands create strong local communities. Hampstead Marketing and Design is proudly woman-owned, operated, and fueled by creativity right here in Hampstead, Maryland.

Founder and creative director Jennifer Lleras has been an artist her entire life. A true Jill of all trades, Jennifer blends creativity with strategy, designing logos, crafting social media content, analyzing data, building marketing plans, and writing thoughtful brand messaging that helps businesses stand out and grow. She founded Hampstead Marketing and Design in 2019 to provide affordable, high-quality marketing and design services tailored specifically to Maryland businesses.

Jennifer’s work has been recognized both locally and nationally. She has received three Graphic Design Magazine awards for product packaging, was featured on Maryland Public Television during the inaugural Artworks Uncorked and Untapped event in 2018, and is a recipient of the Communicator Award of Excellence in Package Design.

In addition to her design and marketing work, Jennifer is the founder of the Hampstead Community Garden, a volunteer-driven initiative focused on sustainability, food access, and community connection. This passion for local impact carries through every project she takes on, supporting entrepreneurs, nonprofits, and community-focused organizations through thoughtful branding, storytelling, and strategy.
